The Altos R Tempranillo is very carefully prepared, which starts with the labor-intensive harvesting by hand. The Tempranillo grapes from the Rioja Alevasa are then selected again and matured for 6 months in barriques after the fermentation.

Even the deep cherry color with violet tint shows the healthy grape material . In the bouquet it is expressive with the best balance between fruit, oak and spice. The round mouthfeel comes from the considerable concentration, the fruit is present, in the finale it shows slightly balsamic notes and some liquorice. A very nice Rioja with modern stylistics and at a highly attractive price !
